At Vellure, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
